Complete features
Free DLNA media service
- Windows desktop UI with multiple library folders, an editable server name/HTTP port and English, Chinese and Japanese interfaces.
- Discover and browse original videos through DLNA/UPnP. Use Thru3D Player or other compatible players.
- Expose matching SRT/ASS/SSA/WebVTT subtitle resources; client support determines automatic loading.
Live and offline people processing
- GPU people matting and HEVC processing, with Alpha, green-screen and supported 2D passthrough modes.
- Optimized for compatible VR180 half-equirectangular media, with additional supported flat-video workflows.
- Run live processing or offline single/batch jobs and retain generated video files.
2D-to-3D / VR
- DA3 depth estimation and GPU stereo rendering for compatible live/offline flat-video conversion.
- Adjust depth strength, model/profile and quality/speed options. Offline tasks can skip existing outputs.
- Built-in temporal stabilization and optional NVDS for supported offline 16:9 jobs.
RTX enhancement and HDR output
- NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution for supported flat and SBS VR content, live or offline.
- Native-size enhancement and target-size choices, quality levels and SDR HDR-look presets.
- Offline NVIDIA TrueHDR HDR10 output with contrast, saturation, middle gray and peak-brightness controls.
Subtitles, voice and viewing look
- Burn subtitles into compatible realtime outputs; adjust styles with subtitle preview.
- Matching .si.wav audio enables [SI] library entries, mixing, channel choices and original-audio ducking.
- Validated pre-generated .si.mix.m4a audio can avoid repeated preparation. Tune temperature, tint, exposure, contrast, gamma and saturation.
Tasks and experimental tools
- Single/batch offline tools, task progress/logs, output options and library/subtitle settings.
- Live seek-entry directories with ten-minute groups, minute entries and five-second starting points.
- Beauty and demosaic tools remain in development/testing; availability and results depend on the release and settings.
Output and connection parameters
| Item | Options / range | Details / conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Platform / processing | Windows 10 / 11; NVIDIA GPU | GPU modes require the corresponding driver/runtime and available VRAM. |
| Output modes | Original / Alpha / green-screen / supported 2D / 3D / RTX | Use compatible Alpha output for Thru3D Player people passthrough; modes have different requirements. |
| Realtime vs offline | Live DLNA streaming / single or batch video output | Generated MP4 files can be kept and played by compatible players. Not every live source supports free seeking. |
| RTX target size | Native 1× / 2K / 4K / 6K VR / 8K VR | Native enhances without enlargement. Compatible 2:1 SBS VR can output up to 8192×4096; ordinary 2D uses the corresponding 4K path. |
| RTX quality | Low / medium / high / ultra | Higher levels can reduce processing throughput; output FPS limits do not guarantee real-time speed. |
| HDR look / TrueHDR | Off / natural / vivid SDR looks; offline HDR10 | SDR looks are distinct from actual TrueHDR output. TrueHDR requires a compatible offline workflow and playback display. |
| 2D-to-3D controls | Model/profile, strength, quality/speed and temporal stability | NVDS is for supported offline 16:9 sources; higher-quality profiles need more VRAM. |
| Subtitle resources | UTF-8 SRT / ASS / SSA / WebVTT | External delivery and burning are separate. Matching names and client capability determine loading. |
| Voice companions | .si.wav; optional .si.duck.wav / .si.mix.m4a | Pre-generated audio is reused only when it passes input/mix checks. Keep the original sidecar. |
| Library and identity | Multiple roots; editable name and HTTP port | Restart Server after changing its network identity settings. |
| Network ports | HTTP TCP 8200; SSDP UDP 1900 | HTTP is configurable. TCP 8299 is the default local startup-status endpoint, not a remote media entry. |
| Live time-index entries | 10-minute group / minute / 5-second start | A start-position selection workflow, distinct from a freely seekable completed file. |
Modes and defaults depend on the installed version. Hardware guidance describes workloads, not a guarantee for every file or GPU.
Connect and use
- Add video folders in Server, choose the required modes and confirm the GPU settings.
- For live playback, keep PC and headset on the same local network. In Player, open DLNA and select your Server.
- For Thru3D people passthrough, choose the compatible Alpha entry. For ordinary files, use the original-video entry.
- For offline output, choose single/batch processing, settings and destination, then check the saved file in a compatible player.
- If discovery fails, check the server name, local IP, private-network firewall and HTTP port; manual DLNA addressing is available in Player.
Hardware and network requirements
| Item | Options / range | Details / conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Common GPU workflows | Windows 10/11; NVIDIA; roughly RTX 20 series or newer recommended | Exact support depends on the driver, encoder and feature. RTX VSR additionally needs compatible RTX Video support. |
| VRAM guidance | 6 GB+ for common realtime / RVM / ordinary DA3; around 15 GB+ for heavier matting workflows | Workload estimates, not universal minimums. High-resolution/large models, NVDS and 8K enhancement can need more. |
| LAN and player | A reachable local server and a compatible DLNA player | Only open the needed private-network ports. Playback/Alpha/subtitle capabilities remain player-specific. |
Compatibility and support scope
| Item | Options / range | Details / conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Player independence | Server is optional | Player AI runs on the headset. Server adds PC processing and export; it is not required for ordinary Player use. |
| Formats and passthrough | Source and player must match the chosen output mode | Green-screen generation is not Player chroma-key playback support. Real-time processing does not imply desktop screen mirroring. |
| Performance | Resolution, model, enhancement quality and VRAM all affect throughput | An 8K output option is not a real-time FPS guarantee. Offline processing may be the appropriate choice. |
| Release scope | Download-channel versions and experimental flags vary | Use the release notes and installed UI for exact availability. No promise that every development option is in every package. |
